"I noted on my booking that we will arrive with the eurostar - so i would have suggested that it would have been logical that the driver would wait at the ‚eurostar‘ entrance. Which he did not. We are not familiar with the station in ashford - therefor did not know that there is a second entrance. The driver did not open the passengers doors even not the rare door for the luggage.
